Delayed or Missing Deliveries

In rare cases, shipping delays beyond our control (such as customs holds, logistics disruptions, or force majeure events) may occur.
If your order has not arrived within 50 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund upon request.

Lost or Returned Packages

Moonish is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to such issues, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense.
