All our products are digital goods (Google Sheets templates and other digital files) delivered electronically — no physical shipping is involved.

📩 Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are processed automatically after payment confirmation.
Your purchased product(s) will be delivered via email to the address you provided at checkout.
Delivery time: within 8 hours of successful payment.
You will receive an email containing either a direct download link or access instructions to your template.

⚠️ Please ensure the email address you provide is accurate and accessible. If you don’t receive your order within 8 hours, check your spam/junk folder first.

⏳ Delayed or Missing Deliveries

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to:

Email filters or spam folder issues
Typographical errors in the email address entered at checkout
Technical disruptions on the email provider’s side

If you have not received your digital product within 8 hours of payment:

Check your spam/junk folder.
If the file is not there, contact us at moonish.str@gmail.com.
We’ll verify your order and resend your digital product as soon as possible.

📦 Tracking

Because our products are delivered digitally, there is no shipping tracking number.
Your confirmation email and download/access link serve as proof of delivery.

💳 Shipping costs

There are no shipping costs for digital products.

🚫 Incorrect Email Addresses

Moonish is not responsible for:

Orders sent to incorrect or invalid email addresses provided at checkout.
Delays caused by incorrect contact information.

If an email address error is identified after purchase, contact us immediately at moonish.str@gmail.com. If the link hasn’t been accessed yet, we may be able to resend it to the correct address.
